I would recommend Creekside Village to any senior looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to live. Anytime I needed help understanding the move in or application process, the manager Aurielle Williams was not only prompt and professional, but kind and incredibly informative as well. My sister and I live out of state, and our father lives in California, and even though we couldn't be there in-person until move-in day, everything at Creekside went smoothly. One tenant either sits in her vehicle with her parking lights on and plays music very loud (in particular street music) and also in her apartment. The noise starts around 9am and continues all day and well past 12:44am. This behavior occurs everyday. One would think it was a teenager.
This place was great when we first moved in then was ready to move. we had no manager for weeks no maintenance, could not get anything fix. since then the finally got a manager that care about the seniors in the building. Her first week here she was able to get things that needed to be fixed for along time. the new manager by the name of Aurielle Williams came in and made sure that everything that we requested to be fix she fixed. I went for my tour, I loved it. Everyone there was so nice, Ari, the Leasing Agent was great, she was so nice and told me everything I needed to know bout the property, she was a lot of help. I even met some tenants there, they was so sweet & kind, I felt good vibes coming from everyone there, I hope I get it, can't wait...
I lived at Creekside Village Apt For one year ! My experience at this location was a joke most apartments have mold have been told about and refused to do anything also there is no proper maintenance and management to handle any problem that arises ! Also they raise there water and sewer whenever they want ! All because there sewer was broken and they had fixed it but never would have if sewage wasn’t over flowing the 3rd time in one year which in fact caused them to get penalized from the state for sewage draining into the ... read more
