These people (staff and owner) need to be more in touch with their residents and follow State regulations.
As the mother of a daughter who is special needs, you select the homes in which your child will live very carefully. She has been in licensed homes for several years but never in one that I have been this happy with or even close. The home is so clean. The food is healthy and nutritious. I know she is always safe.
