The Creekside team was great to work with from the first meeting with the project manager-Navas for the estimate to the end of the construction. They were attentive and addressed our questions/concerns immediately. Totally screwed up my friend paint job on his house. Refused to fix peeling paint that started only a week after paint was applied to his house. Company refuses to own up to their mistakes during the painting process.
Update after the company’s response: For transparency I am adding screenshots from the signed contract and project email communications. The contract (Quote #3975 – $150,000) clearly includes upgrading the main residential electrical service to 200 AMP and installing the awning above the ADU access door as part of the project scope. I really wanted this project with Creekside Pro to be a positive experience, but unfortunately it ended up being quite frustrating overall. At the beginning, I had high hopes. Alex was generally respectful on site and easy to work with, and the crew themselves were polite and treated the property with care. The project did eventually get completed.
