He said "We are not like other contractors who will increase the price on you. We give a quote on the higher side so it only goes down from there." We have just completed a renovation project with Creekside Pro Construction & am loving our “new” house. Creekside had great suggestions & walked us through all the inspections & building projects. The quality of their work is excellent & would recommend them for any housing project you may have. Love our results & working with the Creekside team.
They subcontracted with incompetent people. They messed up both the wood flooring and the installation of the kitchen flooring. Material is buckling in the kitchen. Wood flooring is now uneven and visually looking like a landlord special. The cost goes up after every inspection. Now they said I should have gotten a different material for the kitchen (because you don't know anyone who can install the original correctly?).
