I was very happy to receive those periodic updates from Pulte. I have bought new homes from other builders like Rockford and MI-Homes and never got anything like this unless asked for multiple times. Andrew from Sales and Tyler from Construction were very pleasant to work with and answered all my questions patiently. Really love the quality and value of this neighborhood. Pulte is a solid, reputable brand and Tyler was great to work with as our Construction manager + Drew on the sales team. We moved from DC and considered many other areas (New Albany, Dublin, Granville, etc.) but landed on Johnstown once we found this home/neighborhood. The value is great and I have a feeling will be a great investment down the road :)
