If you want a kind and caring group, this is it. From the front desk to the pulling of teeth, they are just great. I am so scared of the profession in general, and these people just “care” me through it. They truly are a wonderful group, everyone in the office. Thank you for taking such great care of me.
I really did not want to leave a review because I respect Dr. Darwin as a person but the front desk of this facility really needs improvement. They cancelled my Cleaning that was scheduled for 6 months in advance- the day before because I wouldn't text them back. Mind you the texts they sent all look like spam messages and I never did a no show on any of my appointments. I never knew I needed to confirm them or they would be cancelled!
