This complex was taken over by a new management company within the last year. Sad to see it get sold to apparent uncaring owners who are just here for a paycheck. There used to be an on-site handyman, weekly cleanings of the communal areas, and constant upkeep/security upgrades happening (lights, locks, etc.). Have tried to ask them multiple questions but have never once received a response from them. I lived in this apartment complex for the better part of 5 years and I can tell you that management has always been great to me. Anytime I've needed help they were always there to accommodate and the current landlord Roberta was fantastic to work with. There's a lot of places to live in Appleton but if you get a chance to live at Creekside/College Court it was a fantastic experience for me. If I haven't moved away to Michigan I would most definitely still be there.

This apt complex do not honor online pricing. I looked at these a few months back because I saw an ad for a one bedroom $515 per month, $100 security and the first month free. When I brought this offer up, they did not honor it. They instead pulled that offer and replaced it with another promotion for a one bedroom for $465. When I asked about this offer, they refused to honor that as well. Instead they asked for $575 a month without a month off or lowered security deposit. I didn't move there.
