All appointments were fulfilled and the contract agreement to find creekside at Boulder did not fufill there's. They didn't get my mom in same day as promised. And left my mom in excruciating pain many times. Refills were never sent in as promised. Doctor were changed without permission or notification. Last seen by doctor tanner. Felt profiled and discriminated against. Never go here. Not a helpful place.
This place is horrible. Dr.Tanner is a horrible doctor he prescribed Nucynta for my husband to take my husband had severe side effects from the medicine. Dr Tanner was unwilling to change the medication and in fact told my husband indefinitely that he would not prescribe anything else. Please do not go to this place for pain management. You will not recieve adequate care. They have no compassion. I feel asthough we were racially profiled against as well.
this place is bad the receptionist is horrible and Dr. T is lazy
