If you want to take your dog to be professionally groomed, Creekside is it. Misty is THE BEST of the best and more importantly she never disappoints. Every time I go in, she is all smiles and super energetic! She is so patient, so kind and super loving to your pets!! I have been going to her for years and I have never been let down. I will wait weeks just to make sure my dogs get the best treatment and grooming job! My dogs love her to pieces and more importantly she loves and CARES about them too!! We love creekside!! And our fur baby loves it even more, it's a great place for your babies to get some play time in while you're at work or running errands!
Our pup, Molly, absolutely LOVES Creekside! We live nearby and often walk to Doggy Day Camp. When Molly sees the building, she full on sprints to the front door. I know she is loved and well taken care of because she is so excited and runs to the staff when we get inside. She never hesitates to leave me (which is sad and comforting at the same time). We've been taking our beloved pups, Fred and Ginger, to Creekside for boarding and grooming for almost a year. The staff is warm and caring and clearly devoted to the pets in their charge. We wouldn't consider taking our little critters anywhere else. We love Creekside!
I dropped my dogs from Tuesday to Sunday, I specifically asked how many days that count for, and was told it is 5 days. I was charged for 6 days when I picked them up. This is not a good, honest business manner.
There are better pet hotels in area then this one. At this place you can't even go see what kennel your dog will be sleeping in. And they will charge you an extra if your pet is not picked up by 12 o'clock. But they don't tell you that until check out. I will not be going to this place!!!!
