The place is a joke, Can’t Have Anything other than white blinds, can’t have window ac units.. like seriously? What about single parents that can’t afford to have central air installed? Thee kids just have to suffer, & blinds? Don’t most of us own our homes? We should be able to put whatever color blinds we want up... Your kids ain’t allowed to have NOTHING, if you don’t have a shed to put stuff in. So if you have children I definitely DO NOT recommend living here.
take Vaseline with ya when doing business here. they will screw ya and won't use lube. 1 star

I wouldnt recommend this place. i would have 3 yrs ago when everyrhing was peaceful. I would say why but then I'll get Harassed about EVERYTHING I do
Absolutely do not buy here, we lived here or should I say we were trapped here many years. the office and company that owns this place make it impossible to sell your home on your own. We had to sign a contract with the office to sell they take 10% ,and they did absolutely nothing to help with paper work it was always some excuse and I had to set everything up with our buyers myself. So basically to be able to get away from this place it cost us another 4 grand for absolutely nothing they did nothing to help. Buyer beware yo... read more
