Too many rules on what you cant have outside. And the maintenance people will come and take your stuff when your not home. They took my sons soccer 🥅 and our medium size trampoline.

Morning, it's very unfortunate to hear about what happened to you, we did send out several notification for the past two weeks, saying we will be cleaning off patios and yards of things that are not listed in our community guidelines as acceptable patio and yard accessories. We do have every resident sign and date our community guidelines at the time of first move in. Please call the office so we can go over the guidelines with you, thank you.

Erika & Roxanne, front office staff went above and beyond to help us achieve our dream home. They genuinely care about the people they are selling/renting to and that was the kind of community we were looking for. We are looking forward to our new life at the Creekside Community!!!

Management sucks, management is a disaster!!!!!!! Management come and go, every time management change, the rent goes up. Have neighbors they so not like kids. The gave you violation notes(lies) without further investigation. NOT GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!
We've been here for 2 years already and it's a great place to live. Management is quiet, neighbors are great and we still love our home. 😊☀️
