Wanted to leave a review specifically for Nate with maintenance. The office was quick to have someone out, much quicker than expected. He took care of the issue with plumbing and installed a new toilet the next morning without a problem. Can’t say enough about Nate, he is a huge help to the community. I’ve been here a few years and have hardly had any issues. In a good location as well for the Metro Detroit area.
Creekside is a quiet, and clean apartment complex that my Family and I have lived at for several years. We'd like to send a THANK YOU to our maintenance man Mr. Hewitt for always completing our request in a timely and professional manner. Especially last week during those 100° days! 🥵 Several of my neighbors as well as our air conditioners were not working properly. He came immediately to save the day! Great job Nathan!!
My family and I have been living at Creekside for nearly two years, and we absolutely love it! It has truly become a wonderful place to call home. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful, but I'd like to give a special shout-out to Nate. We recently had an issue with our air conditioning, and he went above and beyond to resolve it. Ten years plus of fair prices on rent and the most outstanding service of anyplace we have ever lived! We are both senior citizens and the office personnel and maintenance team NEVER let us down or delay any requests. That says a lot!
