When we first moved in August 2020, yes during the pandemic, it was a peaceful and pleasant move. We were welcomed with open arms and things were progressing smoothly. Over the years, management has changed, however the most recent management with Stacie has been TRULY AMAZING AND WONDERFUL!!!!! if you’re looking for a new apartment, Creekside Apts is a must! Apartments are beautiful, private entrance, and large storage rooms, the grounds are well maintained and overall it’s a beautiful complex. But best of all, Stacie Mason, the manager, goes above and beyond to accommodate you and make your move a great experience! The landlord is not really understanding how things work. She really has no clue how apartments operate and has the worst communication skills and marketing. We explored the 2br option second floor and asked the landlord what needs to be done in order to get my small family move in, especially 2br in the second floor. Living at Creekside Apartments has been a great experience! The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The landscaping is beautiful, and the apartments themselves are clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s also in a great location—close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to the highway. I wanted to write a quick review for the Creekside maintenance guy, Nathan. It was a very hot summer day (90+ degrees) and my A/C was not working properly. Nathan came by not even 20 minutes later to help resolve the issue and fixed it in no time! Nathan was thorough, courteous, and professional. He even took the time afterwards to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it, which was helpful. Great service overall!
