The 2 RNs working with Dr. Hall on my surgery on 6/30 were amazing. They were really outgoing and friendly the whole time. My IV placement was done so well I could barely even feel it. Afterward, the discharge nurse was super helpful and didn’t rush me at all.
Loved this place! Very professional. Highly recommended.
My husband and I have both had surgery here and it was a great experience.
It was my 1st time having a surgery there. It was a great experience from start to finish. It was a quiet, and private room and staff were professional and personable. Nurses were kind and did a great job with my IV’s. Surgery staff were great too, what I can remember 😂. Anesthesia was great, I had a nice nap. 😊 I woke up with no nausea. The nurses that took care of me after surgery were great… I think. I only remember leaving. My husband said that they were great. I will request to have any future surgeries here!
My 2 year old had ear tubes placed here. Their policies are a little antiquated when it comes to pediatrics and family centered care. Further more when my son went back to the OR I was told that I could not walk with him in the hall to the OR and had to stay in the room. When I declined it became a power struggle with staff. When asked if my son was in PACU after his procedure I was told I would be brought back when staff was ready and I could not see my son.
