I made an appointment for a "wellness screening" to fulfill a requirement for my employer (to be covered at 100%) with Dr. Kyle Larson at Creekside Medical Clinic.  I had sent in the “wellness form” before I went.  When I arrived I stated why I was there . I have been a nurse for 21 years and this clinic is not acceptable. Front desk is extremely rude, especially the man working there. He rolled his eyes at us and acted like we were inconveniencing him just for wanting to change our insurance. When calling for an appointment, everyone sounds angry. When I tried getting my daughter in for an appointment, I was told to go to urgent care instead of being asked more questions about her condition. I hesitated in writing this, but finally decided people need to know. I am 71 yrs old, and have gone to Creekside for 20+ years. I rarely go to the doctor unless I am extremely sick. In those 20 years, I may have had 10 doctor visits. In January of 2021, I was extremely sick and called my doctor at Creekside. I was told they only do virtual visits because of Covid-19. Went in for physical and to get meds renewed. I specifically needed one sent in that day because I was out. 5 days later and pharmacy still doesn't have. I haven't slept in 5 days. This review gets 0.
