I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you enjoy frustration and poor management. The leasing manager, Kaitlyn, is incredibly unprofessional—rude during interactions, slow to respond to urgent concerns. She’s unreliable, dismissive, and clearly not suited for a role that requires basic people skills. On top of that, the washing machine in my unit has broken down twice, and both times it took forever to get fixed—no urgency, no follow-up, just silence unless I repeatedly chased them down.
