Have been trying to get ahold of someone to see availability for apartments for several months. They never answer the phone and they never return calls after leaving a voicemail. I do not currently live here but I have no doubts that the prayer review about neglect is accurate given the lack of desire to even try to bring in new tenants. I’m honestly disgusted with how this apartment complex is run. They charge nearly $1,400 a month for a two-bedroom, yet nothing ever gets fixed no matter how many times you call. The property manager gossips about tenants instead of doing her job — she’s supposed to clean the premises, but she doesn’t. Her own apartment reeks of cigarette smoke because she’s constantly smoking, and it drifts through the building. The windows let in freezing air, and it’s been like that for months.
