I want to say thank u to Creekside Hearth and Patio for a outstanding customer service and installation . There has been a couple hick ups but they have stood by everything. I want to give a thumbs up to Nate for giving the estimate and Will for the installation work. I highly recommend them for all your wood stove needs.

Terrible service. We have had nothing but trouble with our grill. They have tried to fix it several times and have sent us parts to fix it our selves. Currently they have our grill and won't return phone calls.
Sales and service beyond extraordinary. I use 3 pellet grills to do all my smoking at Boulevard BBQ. Any and every time that I have had a problem, which isn't very often, Jim and his team have fixed it promptly and correctly. Buy a pellet grill...good, get a Green Mountain grill....better, purchasing it from Creekside Hearth and Patio... priceless.
