Walk in with an appointment, just to be told, oh I’m sorry your appointment didn’t save in our system and we are fully booked. The appointment was for a physical exam for my son to be able to go back to school, now we are here struggling to find something somewhere else. Very disappointing of this place
***TOTALLY BAD SERVICE ***** Today, my dad had an appointment with Dr. Chirag Patel at Greater Family Health Care Clinic at 12 PM. When we went to the clinic, they told us that the doctor was not available, so we would need to reschedule the appointment. They did not even call me in advance to inform us, and they also did not let us talk to the doctor over the phone. Their service is totally poor.
