Jenna was not helpful whatsoever. I tried to book an appointment and she was very rude. Acted like she had no room for any movement. The place could definitely have better customer service cause I asked to speak someone else and she didn’t wanna help If I could leave zero stars, I would I have been trying to email and call the place to work something out would not recommend going here if you can even get an appointment
I got my hair cut and colored by Lauren this week. To say she butchered my hair is an understatement. My hair is very noticeably shorter on one side than the other- she buzzed the back and sides of my hair so short that you can see my scalp. All the gray hair I went in there with is still there but more prominent. I brought a picture showing what I wanted and the end result was nothing like the picture.
