I took my morkie puppy there 2 days ago for her first hair cut. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and when I went to pick her up, my puppy’s hair on the top of her head was still long and choppy, they gave her a complete buzz cut on her fur and didn’t cut enough off around her mouth. As my first time going to this place (which was highly recommended), I won’t be taking my puppy there anymore.
My Cavapoo pup just had his first ever full grooming experience! The ladies were very nice from check in to check out. I’m not sure who was more nervous, me or my dog! He looks amazing! Will definitely be back! A before {can’t see} to after {can see everything}! So cute!

Do not let Courtney touch your pets hair! I took my 14 year old pup here for the second time, 1st time Kammie cut her hair & it was wonderful, this time Courtney gave her an awful, botched haircut. I have very specific instructions to NOT cut any hair off of her ears. They are long & she looks like a little girl. It is written on her card several times & highlighted not to touch her ears & we went over that at drop off this morning. I just got back from taking my 15-year-old Yorkie there and I will definitely go back. They were amazing they definitely treated him like a member of your family and it’s the first time I didn’t have anxiety myself leaving him. Thank you so much❤️❤️❤️
We’ve been using petsmart but we took our Brownie here for the first time today and the job they did was 10x’s better! As bad as he sheds they did an awesome job and he came home smelling so much better and his coat feels/looks so good! We will definitely be keeping them as groomers, and you can’t beat their prices!
