If you go to this clinic, you better be carrying cash! The office staff uses codes for things that conflict with insurance codes and give zero… cares… about it! Their office staff is rude on the phone and I will never take my business there again. Sorry that I can’t rate it lower than 1 star. 0/10.
I’ve seen several providers at peacehealth and in my experience creekside is just as good if not better. Creekside staff is friendly, listens well and take their time to help you. Peacehealth is fine too but Ive been waiting 45 minutes+ for appointments there and then the dr is super rushed. At Creekside I’m always seen promptly
While on a cruise I needed to be seen by a doctor. Called Creekside and they fit me in in a very short time. Care was excellent. They wrote me a prescription for me to pick up at the local Safeway (a shuttle bus went right to the shopping center). Creekside's location is perfect for cruisers, right next to berth 4, a 5 minute walk for me. I hight recommend Creekside.
Sister went here for cdl... horrible experience. Was trying everything to fail her. Told my sister I'm glad you used your own pee because I was drug testing you!! My sister was shocked at this response and failed her for blood pressure! .
Called to try to get a physical and establish a new primary care physician since my doctor moved. They said it’s weird for me to want an annual physical. That I needed an immediate medical concern to get an appointment and then they could get me in next week. The lady on the phone made me extremely uncomfortable asking for details about my medical problems.
