Wonderful gem of an apartment complex always very quiet management Alina is LOVELY (caring, nice, helpful) and maintenance very responsive, but never had any major issues. If it wasn’t for moving in with my boyfriend, I would’ve never left this apartment complex! I lived there for two years. Having your view of the park is very peaceful. Pet friendly.
Creekside Estates this is a good place to live,the Rent is not too expensive, especially for Citrus Heights. My bedroom apartment is huge, I encourage everyone to come and experience these wonderful things that they have in the Creekside Estate apartments , which is under the good management. Pros: Cheap rent and decent size for cost Cons: Black mold, flea infestation due to cats running amok, constant bug infestation, water damage, long wait times for maintenance and often doesn't fix the problem, unorganized prop mgmt, sketchy people that hop the fence from the neighboring park, broken and old appliances, uneven flooring (literal wavy floors), insufficient parking, constantly breaking laundromat. i am living here for the past 15 years now and all i can say that we have a nice and quiet community Alina is an Awesome manager and everytime i need her she is right there! so if you are thinking about a nice and quiet place to live think of Creekside Estates!!!!!!!
