Jay and woman in office are both con artists and liars always tape any conversations you have with them if I didn't I would of been homeless. do not rent from this place they are a joke trailers are trash repairs take months if they ever do em.
Nice staff, landscape very nice
By fixing things when needed and finding a place for people to stay. They have so many empty ones and their rules are really strict. You might as well be in housing. They seem to just fix the trailers enough for people to move in. Trying to get them to fix something is another situation. My husband and I need a place to live and havent heard anything.
Been living here since 1990 . When you get good Neighbors it’s a great place .
We just moved in an we love in the homes are very nice the people are great, we love it here. It's very nice very quiet
