I think Dr. Ross is great. But im upset about how long it takes them to get you back in. Dr. Ross will say come back in 2 weeks and then the lady making the appts gives you a 5 week appt. I was there they other day for a root canal to be finished from weeks before. And I have a tooth that is hurting really bad, can't sleep for the pain was given a appt for 22 days later! As someone that is not a fan of going to a dentist thanks to major dental issues...I would recommend Creekside hands down. They explained everything, the next steps, laid out my options, and made my next appointment.
Staff was nice but when they found out my husband needed oral surgery they said they couldn't do it but would make the partial plate. Wouldn't give us a referral to oral dentist until we paid 2,000.00 for plate.
Doesn't accept medicaid through the dhhr. Girl who i talk to was very nice tho. If I had a different way of paying I'd definitely try it.
