- I felt as though the staff and maintenance were breathing down my neck 24/7, they were constantly wanting to access my apt to check this or that, to turn this on or that on, it was really irritating and I felt like I barely had privacy. it was literally ALWAYS something. they would leave muddy boot prints on my carpet after coming back up from the crawl space under the apt. I was so sick of all of them way before my year lease was even close to being up. - when you actually needed maintenance they were nowhere to be found.... read more
This is the 2nd year ive done a lease and the ladies in the office are very knowledgeable of everything and do a great job. The maintenance crew is on point for anything and everything so far from my experience!
