Incredible new ownership!
Building ownership is about to change for the third time. NO amenities available at all as discussed in other reviews. Rent has changed 3x in the last year due to multiple "lease adjustments", none having to do with the tenant. Walls are paper thin. You can hear every front door close in the building. I know what time my upstairs neighbor's alarm goes off, him snoring, and even when he gets up to use the bathroom. Broken down cars in the parking lot, dog poop and trash everywhere. Honestly, I am very happy with this place—it gives me comfort and peace of mind. The neighbors are very understanding of each other, and we truly feel like a family. Our community is family-oriented, and we genuinely care for one another. On top of that, the management is amazing.
