Honestly, I am very happy with this place—it gives me comfort and peace of mind. The neighbors are very understanding of each other, and we truly feel like a family. Our community is family-oriented, and we genuinely care for one another. On top of that, the management is amazing. Carrie is a truly wonderful person—she manages the housing affairs in the best way possible. She is very fair and always open to listen and discuss matters with you. I wish I could put a zero star. Do not even think to move in here. The worst management ever. Especially Marvin, very rude person.Either he is a racist or just despises the others. All he cares is money
If I could give a zero I would Marvin is very rude and combative I'm glad we didn't get the place I can't just imagine what I would go through living there glad I saw who he really was before things were finalized. I couldn't even get a recipt for our application fee and holding monies!
This place is horrible I lived here for almost 3 and half years nothing but problems and issues. Last night my car was vandalized in the parking lot I went to park and came down 30mins too take my dog for a walk in the a car and my car exterior mirrors were broken off and shattered now I gotta pay almost 800 to repair it and it’s around rent time . I’m so over this place and how they treat you as well . Nothing will get resolved !!
