I’m genuinely confused by your billing practices. Why am I only now, in 2026, receiving a bill for a service from 2024—with no prior call or explanation of benefits? This isn’t the first time this has happened, either. Delays like this raise serious concerns about how your billing system is managed. If charges are surfacing years later without any communication, it reflects a lack of organization and transparency. It’s hard to understand how a business can operate this way and still expect patient trust.
I often refer to Creekside for med management for clients. I consistently hear very positive feedback from the clients I send about the care they receive! I am so grateful to have Creekside as a resource!
