The staff are amazing and the leadership is fantastic!
If I could give negative five stars, I would. Creekside at Shallowford, is absolutely horrible. The management is disgraceful. When residents come with concerns, the response is to literally hide in the office and shut the door instead of addressing the issues. The facility is infested with bugs, and it's completely unacceptable. I would never place a loved one here under any circumstances. Nice people and quiet 🤫 good place to live
We've been trying for a week to get pricing information with no call backs and I know they have availability. If we can't even get responses to get our money and establish residency, how will we be treated once we're in there? That is a major concern and why we are going elsewhere.
