LOOK ELSEWHERE! Place looks nice at first, but trust this a falsity. Some staff are decent people, but majority of upper management has always been an issue at this facility. Many residents can tell you how they’ve been mistreated while living here, if you do come and visit, make sure to get 1 on 1 interactions with majority of staff/residents to get a true impression. What a wonderful community. Everyone seems very happy and pleasant. The leadership team is strong. I would be honored to have my loved ones living here.
The staff are amazing and the leadership is fantastic!
If I could give negative five stars, I would. Creekside at Shallowford, is absolutely horrible. The management is disgraceful. When residents come with concerns, the response is to literally hide in the office and shut the door instead of addressing the issues. The facility is infested with bugs, and it's completely unacceptable. I would never place a loved one here under any circumstances.
