I had the pleasure to tour with Michelle .R. today. She was so lovely! She listened to all my wants and needs, and was very personable and informative. I toured a 1 bedroom which was very spacious. They had a huge storage closet which was a plus. The community was very clean and had amazing curb appeal. Although I’m bot looking to move until next fall this community is on the top of my list for sure. Thank you Michelle .R. for the wonderful tour!
About a month into living here and the experience has been decent. I understand all apartments have noise.. but the walls and ceilings here are seemingly on the thinner side, which can become pretty annoying. The landscaping is well taken care of, and the place seems very safe. Love the location and the amenities, and any issues with trash compactor and common spaces seem to be taken care of quickly. Staff is very friendly
These properties are owned by Olen Living / Olen Properties corporate offices are in Newport Beach Ca an Las Vegas NV they manage their properties in Las Vegas but in all the other states they have hired property management companies All around a very horrible ownership company.
