Been living here four years. Love the apartment and location. Residents have been making it difficult to live here though. Nearly every day once it's warm enough people are partying in the parking lot, 5pm to 11pm. Spoke to the owners of the property and nothing has changed

IMM took care of my dog waste complaints immediately and also helped me secure a lease that helps me move in sooner with my husband. Originally this post was alot more negative towards them and the tenants in the building, some of the tenants do suck but I promise IMM will work it out for you like they have for me.
