Absolutely awful customer care. Beware of pratt when you need their service. They didn't do their job for my home!!!
I don't live here but I do work with disabled people in their homes. It's a nice neighborhood but sometimes it is not ADA friendly. Often times, usually the exact same people on the same street, park on the sidewalk even though they have 7 feet from the nose of their vehicle and their garage making it hard at times for those in wheelchairs or ECVs to maneuver around.
Great place to live! Very quiet. No traffic noise. Neighbors are wonderful. Well-kept community. Great place for kids, very safe.
