Appraiser needs to find a new occupation. So many errors on one appraisal! Used false information and very unprofessional. Don’t use this clown, he does not know what he’s doing.
Had an refinance appraisal done but it came back over $10,000 less than my original purchase price in 2017 and $30,000 less than the estimated value. The appraisal itself had a lot of wrong information as one of the lines stated my property was in the garden level when in actuality it is on the 3rd floor of a three floor condo building. This appraisal lost me $625 and ruined my chance of getting a refinance for a better interest rate that would have been perfectly okay if it were with another appraiser. Low balled our appraisal. Doesn't even spell "Appraisals" correctly on his own website... and after 21 years, you would think he'd know. I am not sure how "professional" this guy is.
