Have lived here for 6 years. This place use to be beautiful; now we have new owners and they are dropping the ball. The owners do not live here in New York, rather Texas. The manager lives in Syracuse and has never met the tenants. The rent price is going up which would not be a problem however, no maintenance has been completed, there is trash everywhere, and the lawn guy can’t mow to save his life.
