Suppose to move in, in 2 days. No lease agreement, haven’t even seen the actual apartment yet. Terrible communication, multiple missed and late appointments. More missed than late. Suppose to see apartment this morning at 11am. Waited an hour and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Paid deposit already. It’s 2pm now and we still haven’t heard back. Not the emergency number, complex number, or email!
From beginning to end, living at creekside apartments was a great experience. We lived here two years. Angel is a great manager and he was always responsive to our requests. The complex is clean and well maintained. There are security cameras in all common areas. The pool area was recently renovated. Rent was fair and utility costs were reasonable. 5 stars!
My husband and I lived in several apartment complexes in Fresno and Clovis. Creekside has by far been the best. Angel is one of the best managers we have had. He is caring, compassionate, approachable, and always willing to assist. We've had some challenging life events during our 5 years at Creekside. Angel always made our circumstances his top priority. First I would like to Give Angel a Big Thank you for all that he's done for us. Been living at Creekside side for 9 + years and he's done a Great job with keeping up with all the Residents Needs and keeping up with Maintenance and Always keeping it Clean all around. Neighbors living at Creekside Apartments are the best. Always looking out for each other and coming together. It's Nice to feel like a Family there and watching out for one another.
