Mold issues in all buildings, lousy snow plowing ….too many dogs & nobody picks up afterwards…. look elsewhere not worth the pricing
Gina, (apartment manager) never fixed any repair request and will consider the tenant the problem if you complain. I have to contact building code enforcement to get her to comply and the mold problem was never addressed. Plus she will keep your security deposit, so do not pay the last months rent. The only thing that matters to Gina is money.
I would not recommend you live here if you have animals. They say they allow them, but then constantly batter you about them even if you do everything you can about them. They also never clean the buildings or rarely do and they are due for some updating. There is also never any parking because other buildings take up your parking.
