Absolute worst place I’ve ever lived. They don’t fix things. They don’t care about the residents at all. They don’t maintain the property. MTH Management is the WORST when it comes to customer service and following through with their end of a contract. If you’re looking for a place to live, there’s a reasoning there’s vacancies here.
