Don't do it!!! We left here about a year ago. When we first moved in management and maintenance were top notch. Once the property was sold to the current company that manages it, that was the beginning of the end. Maintenance staff left as did the Complex Manager. The current company does not care about the complex which is quite evident as you drive through. They see their residents as an inconvenience to them. The pool was NEVER opened on time. This is a great apartment complex. The office staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Any issues can be brought up and the office will take care of it; I had an issue with a noisy neighbor. I proceeded to make several noise complaints, which the office documented. They contacted that resident and since then I have had no more noise problems whatsoever. My family and I have lived here for 1 yr. it is a beautiful area as far as location. The apartments are kept in "good" condition although the appliances are pretty cheap and some are very outdated, mechanical aspects are very outdated and cause power bill to be high. (Non-energy efficient) The manager is easy and comfortable to approach about whatever your concerns are. Maintenance is available 24/7 and seem to be knowledgeable.
