We’ve been living at Ranch Creek Terrace for a little over a year now, and honestly, we love it here. The community feels very friendly and safe — neighbors smile, greet each other, and it really feels like home. The staff is amazing: always kind, quick to respond, and they take care of everything so well. I wanted to take a moment to share some concerns I’ve had regarding the condition and amenities of the property. Unfortunately, I feel that the value I’m paying for rent is not fully being met due to several ongoing issues. Since moving in almost 3 years ago we have had nothing but the absolute worst experience here. Besides the obvious predatory practices done by management the complex is not kept up to the standard it should be for the price they’re charging for these apartments. My AC unit has stopped working more times than I can count without a real fix leaving my apartment over 80 degrees in the middle of the summer.
