Marcos has been great help with maintenance the year we’ve lived here. Very close to riverwalk and downtown.
Lived here from July 2025 to June 2026. Would never recommend anyone I care about to live here. Do not be fooled by the move in deals and shiny online photos. 1) First day of move in: ROACHES!! Absolutely disgusting. While the problem was taken care of, it was abhorrent that we found multiple roaches daily on a unit that had “been inspected” before we moved in. 2) Horrible communication from the leasing office. WATER DAMAGE MOLD SICK. A pipe in the ceiling that had been previously burst before we moved in wasnt repaired correctly and burst again while we were living here. it caused substantial mold and water damage in out newborn baby’s room causing him to get sick. he was born 3 months early and has breathing issues. it took management 4 whole months to fix this. the first two months they blamed it on the rain and just left industrial fans and dehumidifiers running in the room (at our own electric costs we were billed for) and lef... read more
Best experience ever. If you want an apartment community where the management is engaged, this is the place. Very quiet living. The management here cares about the complex and its residents. In the last 5 years I've never had a problem with loud, annoying neighbors, theft, or uncleanliness of the property. If you don't follow their rules, you are warned or evicted very quickly. They make sure every guest feels safe and cared for. 5 star living!
There is no specific play ground space for children to play 🫤
