My wife and I went to tour the units through the self-guided option since we could only come on a Sunday from Jacksonville. However, the moment we got here nothing worked as instructed. None of the 3 different call box numbers provided via email to call at the gate went to voicemail so we had to wait for a resident to get in, the lock at the self-guided parking spot for the Fob had ZERO power so the code didn’t work and we couldn’t tour the amenities and lastly, the digital lock for the unit to view was in lock out mode and ... read more
The maintenance staff here is literally SOOO amazing. Every-time i put a request in they are so extremely timely, friendly and do an amazing job. We have lived here for a year and have had some bumps in the road but what I can say if the staff will do everything in their power to help any kind of issues you are having! The apartments are nice themselves as well. Location is great too.
