Very cool complex. Nice amenities.and the grounds are beautiful.
Maintenance supervisor Steve, John, and the rest of the maintenance team are great. Quick to respond to problems and attentive, they really treat you like family. They’re the only ones keeping the place from falling apart over there
Recently moved in to Creekside. Have had interactions with everyone in the leasing office prior to my move-in date, and was given respect, responsiveness, and genuine care from each person. I am grateful for them listening to my timing and living needs to find our perfect unit. Upon move-in the minor fixes have been taken care of within a couple hours of request by the sweetest maintenance manager. I have one of the newest renovated units and it’s perfect. If you’re thinking about living here, think again. Be prepared for constant random charges, apartments infested with roaches, silverfish, and fruit flies, and management that literally does nothing. They will tell you “it’s Florida, it’s normal” — no, it’s not normal to find roaches and silverfish crawling in your plates and pans every single day.
