My friends live there and told me the rent was OK not too bad, I went there to scope out the place.... NO THANX!! Guys drinking alcohol while their music is blasting working on old trucks, parked cars that haven't been moved in months with spiderwebs, no tags and literally saw a guy park there and jumped over the wooden fence to Rosewood apartments!! Reminded me of Oakland! 🤢🤢🥴
The cost is good compared to the raising cost of rental properties in Reno. The staff has been friendly and proactive in updating the apartment such as putting in a new oven, thermostat. If needed, the maintenance is on queue. The grounds are kept up. I recommend Creekside
We lived here for five years. It's not always the quietest complex, but it is quieter than a lot of places in Reno.Parking outside of your assigned parking spot can be difficult to find. Maintenance can be slow going, unless it's an emergency. The office staff are always willing and ready to help you in any way they can. Overall you will not find better for the price point. We enjoyed our time living here, and would live here again if we needed to.
I've been living here for 4 to 5 years now. The staff members are great! They have been courteous and very professional whenever I needed their assistance! They are very quick to resolve any of my apartment issues/fixings. They do a very good job making my place appealing to others inside and out. Thank you very much for making my stay as comfortable and lovely. Keep up the good work! Horrible place to live!!!The management doesn't care about anything but themselves!!! This place really needs an audit done and the owner of this sham of a building needs to be responsible for hiring a manager that is very lazy, disrespectful and has no regard for Noone but herself!!!!
