Let me start off with saying, this is not my real name and I will not use my real name for this review. Stay clear of this place. I don’t care how desperate you are. This place is sketchy, half the residents are sketchy we’ve met maybe 3 decent ones. We lived here from 2020-2026 gone down hill A LOT. Bader (previous owners) didn’t care about the property, lots and lots and lots of break ins, stolen vehicles, random people walking around looking in your vehicles at night. Very responsive to service requests. Also, proactive communication regarding office staff availability. Very clean common areas, and residents are considerate of others.
Moved here recently, and so far my experience has been pretty good. You get a free garage space and storage unit with your rent, which makes Creekside an amazing value when put up against the other apartments I've looked at. Public areas are very well-kept, and the apartments themselves look nice. Full size washer and dryer too, praise be! The staff here are all nice and easy to communicate with. Though I haven't had a real issue yet so I can't speak to how a conversation like that would go down, but personally I'm not worri... read more

My husband Enzo and I are writing a review in part to say thank you for the amazing management and maintenance staff at Creekside. Phil and Connor are so helpful and kind. They really care about you and the property. Issues are fixed quickly and they are proactive about any problems that may arise really liked the area as well, its fun to walk across a parking lot And catch a movie
