We're lived here ~1 year & love it. The cleaning crew keeps communal spaces beautiful; the maintenance team is fast and respectful; and the folks in the office genuinely care about this community and put in effort to improve it. Building is a little old, but the atmosphere is very welcoming. Management team is thoughtful and professional. Maintenance helps with issues on weekends and holidays. The property manager communicated very well when she was trying to set up a showing for my apartment. The mail man is amazing. If you are looking for a little spot in New Richmond and they have an opening, I recommend checking it out.
We moved in October of last year, and so far, our experience has been great. The management team is amazing ,very effective and efficient when it comes to resolving any issues. The maintenance guy is also fantastic and always willing to help.
Very responsive to service request. Also, proactive communication regarding office staff availability.
