I just moved in 2 weeks ago and everything has been great. My apartment is remodled on the inside and the location is beautiful. The pricing is a bit high for how old the complex is and you now have to pay for a parking spot, but it is still more affordable than the alternatives. I just hope my rent isn't raised too much when I renew. You absolutely cannot beat this view and my neighbors have been so kind and friendly! This complex is walking distance to so many things.
The only reason I give it three stars is because the location is so awesome, otherwise it would be a 1. My building had a bad mildew smell in the hall and at times in my apartment, everything was old except my carpet. It’s the kind of place that paints over the spiders on the wall (kinda cool looking), shuts the water off multiple times because the plumbing is very old and patched together, and allows tenants to throw furniture and crap all over the dumpster area because they are too cheap to get cameras and hold the respons... read more
I've lived here for less than a year. The light in my room fell off the ceiling because the drywall was disintegrating and super old insulation got all over all my belongings. It took them two weeks to fix this. My motorcycle was stolen from the the back of the lot and they have no cameras or security to do anything about it. I've had guests over and their car got broken into. My ceiling has collapsed twice in the almost 2 years I have been living here and my above neighbors shower water has flooded our apartment which took over 3 months to fix both times. They kicked me out of the pool because I was 10 minutes early before it was open and no sign was posted to tell me when it opened.
