Stay as far as you can from this place. The apartment manager Vickey has awful customer service and she is very unprofessional. Place is a dump and she claims to have updated appliances but that is not true. Stop by and walk into the apartments and you will see that most of them have an awful odor. Do not waste your time. Run and do not look back.

Everything stated in every review is absolutely TRUE! I Steer clear of the place and save yourself time and money. I could but not going to go down the list of many negative things that exist with this business. Except charged over 2 grand when i moved out of my apartment for bogus repairs. All of which could have been completed in about 2 hours time with about 50 dollars. The only reason i posted 1 star review is that you have to. DONOT rent at creekside apartments in st charles mo.
I have a friend who lives there. The new maintenance guy who works there has been raided twice by the police. And both times someone was taken away in handcuffs. He has the keys to everyone s apartments and his girlfriend has meth mouth. So I feel for anyone who lives there with that having access to their apartments.
Very rude unprofessional lady running office. Always complains about everyone s patios but hers is the most cluttered!! Always complains about the size of your grill but hers is the biggest out here. Dictates parking...but she has a designated spot she parks in everyday. She lives at the end of the building and drives to the end to work when she really needs to get off her big #\$%\$ and walk to work. I rented here for a year. The manager was the most rude and hateful person I ever met. Uppon signing the lease I was not informed of flood danger or previous floods. The building I lived in was flooded and condemned, my brand new \$32,000 car was totaled and my deposit was not returned. Needless to say I will be contacting an attorney.
I am not one to judge anyone from their past because what we were "then" is most probably not who we are now. I lived in the apartments since 2006. I have seen it ALL. I have just recantly learn of What a sham operation they have going on. I agree with Nates assessment of a rude and hateful manager who harasses the renters. My handicapped daughter was flooded out and had to live with friends for 5 months because they held her to the rental period and refused to let her rent somewhere else. The appliances were not the ones that were originally in her apartment. The diswasher did not clean the dishes, on one occasion would not even turn on until the maintenance people worked on it and the bottom was missing.
