I would not move here. When I lived here we had a crazy man that lived below us he would come out and yell at us for no reason and yell at our friends that would stop by.One time he threated us with a can of bug spray, he would block the stairwell to were no one could go up the stairs. We told the management about the problem and they did nothing about it. I did not fell safe staying in my own place.
