Been here 6.5 years and still going seen lots and we enjoy it. Its quite in the units dont really hear your neighbors.

Went in and talked to the manager and she said I had to make 51000 for a 3 bedroom for a family of 5, keep in mind this is low income lol .she Doesn’t even understand the properties income limits and qualifications how she has her position is beyond me . Besides getting the accurate information she’d rather say there’s none available at the moment so she can’t discuss numbers . Isn’t that what a future resident should know ? What a buffoon

This is probably the worst apartment complex to live in. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbor sneeze, or their microwave ding. Constant turn over rate in the office and with maintenance. It might seem cost friendly at first, but rent goes up 15% every year. The only thing it has going for it isn't the crackheads, or the over abundant LED street lights, but the covered parking and fairly large units. But is it worth it when you can hear your neighbor pee? To me it wasn't.
