I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially if you work from home. I started noticing a problem with my A/C in February 2025. It's now October, and the same issue persists. EIGHT MONTHS AND COUNTING without them fixing this. They also randomly stopped taking calls at the office to place work orders, and just DIDN'T TELL ANYONE. It was the only way for me to get a same day, albeit TEMPORARY, fix for my AC, but after the change, it's been taking several days in 95 degree heat... to do something that takes them maybe 2 ... read more

Second edit: I am so serious when I say I have become suicidal since living here. This place is hell on earth. I’m putting in work orders several times a week and that’s not an exaggeration. Here’s a list of every issue my roommate and I have had in ONE MONTH of living here: -Multiple giant roaches upon move-in, both dead and alive. Pest control is supposed to come once a week (which is what I was told upon move-in) and they have been here once since we moved-in. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We moved in 07/2024, my son and I lived there through 06/2025. Living there was terrible. In less than a year, I think we had at least 3 changes in property management. The walls are super thin, there is little soundproofing. The original tenants above us were constantly banging on the floors and being loud at all hours of the night.
