I came in today to tour for floor plans A1 and A2 because no one was answering the phones. Red flag #1. I walk into the office and there’s absolutely no one being serviced so still not sure why the phones weren’t being answered during business hours. At the very first desk was a Hispanic/Latino lady. Didn’t get her name bc that’s how poor her customer service was. Her whole vibe was just off putting. 0 if i could . empty promises about time lines and holding apartments . doesn’t answer phone . gave away apartment . promised to write a lease took money but yet can’t write the lease 10 days before move in date …… managers always “busy” or out sick even when they say it will be done today . yeah right . not moving here and wouldn’t reccomend you do either .
