I have lived here for a year, and I just renewed my lease. The apartment is affordable, the complex is clean, maintenance is timely, and the staff are very helpful. Brenan is the best! He will do his best to help you with whatever problems you have!

DO NOT LIVE HERE…. Lived here for 2 years and never saw the same staff twice, changed ownership 4 times a year and you’ll never get anything fixed. Everyone moved out and it is empty. Also they can’t keep any records of anything. They broke into my garage because they didn’t know it was leased to me….
I have lived here over 3 years and there have been changes from management, I have had this problem with my A C since the previous management now it happened again when the problem started I let them know and it has been 45 days and they still do not fix it. Today they told me that it is missing a piece and that the delivery arrives tomorrow. I literally gave them 45 days and now I have to sleep in the living room with a portable fan and my apartment is 85 degrees
