Put in work orders with the Liz the assistant manager on July 1st. Was told the next day parts were ordered. Never heard anything else. Came in today August 2nd to get an update Brendan in the leasing office says there’s not any work orders in the system. And says that Liz has strep throat and he won’t call the property manager bc they don’t work on weekends. He proceeds to laugh and thinks it’s funny. I came in today to tour for floor plans A1 and A2 because no one was answering the phones. Red flag #1. I walk into the office and there’s absolutely no one being serviced so still not sure why the phones weren’t being answered during business hours. At the very first desk was a Hispanic/Latino lady. Didn’t get her name bc that’s how poor her customer service was. Her whole vibe was just off putting.
