By far the worst living conditions I’ve ever moved into in my life. The house wasn’t even cleaned and they made us wait for it to be cleaned. So many things were broken so many things are out of place. That management is horrible. They never fix a thing all they Do is give excuses. Please, if you have any self-respect, don’t ever move here.
Jonathan is our maintenance man here! If it weren’t for him staying on top of maintenance Constantly doing above and beyond then he should or or more than the property manager does, Things would not get fixed around here! I left after 12 years of living here. The people who work there band together with friends of tenants and harass tenants who they don't like or want to force to move. Property management allows disrespect to happen, turnovers of not only tenants but property managers. Structural damages everywhere. There's tenants here who play extremely loud music, property managers do absolutely nothing about it. Don't care about other tenants. So if you live close to Creeks Run and hear loud music please call the police/call the county, state and file a complaint about the noise. Maybe then they will do something about it.
