There's tenants here who play extremely loud music, property managers do absolutely nothing about it. Don't care about other tenants. So if you live close to Creeks Run and hear loud music please call the police/call the county, state and file a complaint about the noise. Maybe then they will do something about it.

They never fix things, and when they do it’s not done properly. And you have to pay for repairs out of pocket, because it takes them months, and I had to wait over a year and they never came to repair my washer and dryer, so I had to buy my own washer and dryer. My refrigerator went out 3 times and the on call maintenance person never picked up the call, or came. My refrigerator went out on a Thursday, and no one was in the office on Friday, nor thur the weekend, nor Monday! Finally the manager at the time called me on Tuesd... read more
These town homes are built with the lowest quality materials. The foundations are shifting and that is why the nails are coming out of sheet rock. Ceilings and walls are cracking, baseboards are screwed in. And lots of drug activity. Maintenance requests never even get acknowledged. And don't ever expect the office to be open. Even now when Coronavirus is at its lowest and every establishment is open. But don't expect a call back either. For maintenance purposes, complaints, concerns, questions.
