I left after 12 years of living here. The people who work there band together with friends of tenants and harass tenants who they don't like or want to force to move. Property management allows disrespect to happen, turnovers of not only tenants but property managers. Structural damages everywhere. There's tenants here who play extremely loud music, property managers do absolutely nothing about it. Don't care about other tenants. So if you live close to Creeks Run and hear loud music please call the police/call the county, state and file a complaint about the noise. Maybe then they will do something about it.
Live here. Love it so much. Gorgeous and so quiet which I appreciate so much.
