Mail box broken for more then 7 months going to 8 months. They haven't fix at all, they don't care!!! A pail of things out side is more important then our mail box to get fix!!!
This association is undergoing much-needed upkeep. From the changing of its fascia boards to pressure washing some sections, the condo association is somewhat keeping up with its end-of-the-monthly maintenance. Clearly, there is no avoiding the mass gentrification happening right around every corner. I mean why shouldn't this place take part in the transformation? It's 15 minutes away from anywhere downtown, uptown, midtown ext.
