Evernest (formerly Poplar Homes) claims to offer “full service property management” — please be aware that customer service for tenants is practically nonexistent. If you are fortunate enough to get an answered call or email response, it will take months of consistent follow-ups to see your concern is addressed. Worst rental property management weve ever used. We have rented different homes for the last 25 years, and Evernest is the worst by far. They dont take care of your maintenance request, and they send out handymen instead of licenced technicians. This has been a nightmare. They dont care about the tenant.

Most of the 5 star reviews are from that time. then a big national company bought her out, then an even bigger company bought out that company....And now they SUCK.....Sherry and the team at Creekbend Property Management are the best. Incorrect postings, mistakes on repairs, no proper communication, etc. I will never use Poplar again.
RENTAL SCAM! Buyers beware and don't pay the application fee unless you want to lose your money on a fake listing.
