Just moved here. My moving in process was GREAT Omaira and Mr Jonathan were great, helpful and very professional. My studio looks really nice maybe a little few touches here and there but maintenance has been good on taking care of them. For being considered a low income restricted apartment I find it completely Unacceptable and disgusting that you guys do not do any type of refunds for people that don’t get approved. We are already struggling to get by and find homes in this horrible economy living paycheck to paycheck we jump through hoops just to find out we cant move and then no refund or even a partial refund way to just keep kicking a family down that is just trying to survive.
