Pool hasn’t been open for a year since I moved in, they’ll tell you that the city of Plano hasn’t passed the inspection which means something isn’t right on their part. It’s finally the summer again the kids can’t swim, I’m having to travel outside the apartments to take my son swimming. so if you’re looking to move in and they say it’ll be open soon they really don’t know. Friendly and honest with a great tour experience
I came in to tour with a friend and the lady was very helpful my friend and I loved the Unit AND he applied. Great customer service and beautiful apartments
Amazing customer service I came to apply and Omayra was very helpful through out the process.
Water will randomly drop to zero pressure and you won’t be able to shower, wash dishes, or do anything. No response from the office in a day about this either and it’s happened about once a month since I’ve moved in. Do not get an apartment near the soccer pitch. It is always full of teens that don’t even live at the apartments screaming at the top of their lungs and they never do anything about it. I want to like this apartment but I seriously can’t.
