I recently switched to Creekview Dental not too long ago because my previous dentist wanted to send me to a specialist for a root canal. Creekview had a look at my x-rays and determined it was a simple procedure and they could do it no problem. I felt at ease the moment I walked into the office. We have been going here about 3 years, and although the hygienist and dentist were always professional and respectful, one female receptionist has been very snarky with me on two occasions. Recently I took my son for a cleaning but later found out that they also billed us for an examination by the dentist. I asked her why I wasn't asked for permission to conduct an examination and her answer was "you should have told us that you want us to ask you for permission".
