Unfortunately, this spa has gone downhill since opening multiple locations. I have been a weekly 2-hour regular but the last several massages were not good. Lack of attention to detail and focus. During my most recent massage my therapist was talking on her phone and texting. When I asked her what was going on she said that her boss was trying to get her to go to the new store to work. I finally insisted that we end the massage early. I received no apology from the therapist or her manager. Too bad I will not be back.
